When will my order arrive?
Orders are delivered within 1 to 3 business days from confirmation.
Delivery time depends on your city. Major cities (Casablanca, Rabat,
Marrakech, Fes, Tangier) are typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours.
Other cities and regions may take up to 3 days.
You will receive a confirmation call or WhatsApp message from our
delivery partner before they arrive.

How does Cash on Delivery work?
You place your order on the website. You pay nothing in advance.
When our delivery partner arrives at your door, you pay in cash
and receive your order. That is it. No bank card. No online payment.

Do you deliver outside Morocco?
At this time, ATLAS delivers within Morocco only.
If you are outside Morocco and want to place an order, contact us
directly via WhatsApp and we will look at options.

What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
Take a photo of the product and contact us via WhatsApp or
atlaslaboratoires@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your
order number and city. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Yes, within 3 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened
and in its original packaging. Contact us before sending anything
back. Do not return a product without prior confirmation from us.

I want to order in bulk. Is there a discount?
Yes. For orders of 5 units or more, contact us via Whatsapp or
at atlaslaboratoires@gmail.com for wholesale pricing.
Bulk orders are available for barber partners and resellers.

Which kit should I start with?
If you are starting your beard routine for the first time,
the Beard Kit is the right starting point.
It contains Beard Oil, Beard Balm and a comb — everything you need.
If you want a complete morning routine that goes beyond the beard,
the Ritual Kit adds Beard Wash, Face Moisturizer
and Deodorant.
The Full Collection is for the man who wants everything.

الطلبيات كتتوصل خلال 1 إلى 3 أيام عمل من تاريخ التأكيد.
